Reciprocity: Is your partner willing and able to put the work into nurturing the relationship?

Reliability: Do they say what they are going to do and then do it? Do you feel secure?

Respect: Can you be yourself? Do you feel emotionally and physically safe? Do you feel valued?

Passion: Does your partner try to generate sexual energy? Do you have activities that you share passionately?

Intimacy: Can I count on my partner to just listen and not judge or problem solve when needed?

Commitment: Do you and your partner dream, plan or share resources for the long term?
