Doing Nothing as a Solution to Workplace Difficulties

Choosing to do nothing while you watch and wait things out may be the most prudent in a work environment. Hopefully, you have used your tools, and you have a solid idea of what you are dealing with. What needs to change for things to improve? How long can you emotionally afford to wait things out? Can you make a commitment to do nothing for three months? Six months? A year? Take a breather. Committing to doing nothing and accepting the situation as is may be more freeing than you thought.
